Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong recruitment background, with hands-on experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR documentation, and labor law compliance
  • Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role, with plans to build and lead a team of 2–3 members by year-end
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a strong advantage
  • Startup experience is a plus
