Responsibilities
Being the first point of contact for HR-related queries
Administering documentation (personal files, contracts of employment, etc.)
Maintaining records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data (e.g. starters & leavers, headcount, absenteeism, vacations, etc.)
Supporting HR Manager in Corporate and Divisional processes, projects and procedures
Managing and monitoring the process of onboarding and offboarding employees
Preparing reports and analysis according to the procedures
Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Requirements
At least 1 year of HR administration experience, ideally in an international environment
Very good knowledge of English and Polish language (written and spoken)
Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work in hybrid model (2-3 days in a week from the office)
Highly organized, with attention to fine details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good at analyzing and making inferences
Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and to manage multiple priorities
