About the role

  • HR Coordinator supporting the entire recruiting process at Meliá Hotels in Vienna. Engaging in HR administration, onboarding, and contact with various partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Manager
  • Manage the entire recruiting process
  • Candidate management
  • Personnel administration
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Implement HR standards
  • Liaison with cooperation partners (Austrian Public Employment Service - AMS, schools, universities, etc.)
  • Support employer branding activities such as hotel tours and promotional materials

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
  • Independent, precise and detail-oriented working style
  • Interest in a broad range of Human Resources tasks and initial HR experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very good German and English language skills
