Responsibilities
Assist the HR Manager
Manage the entire recruiting process
Candidate management
Personnel administration
Onboarding of new employees
Implement HR standards
Liaison with cooperation partners (Austrian Public Employment Service - AMS, schools, universities, etc.)
Support employer branding activities such as hotel tours and promotional materials
Requirements
At least one year of experience in a similar administrative role
Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
Independent, precise and detail-oriented working style
Interest in a broad range of Human Resources tasks and initial HR experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Very good German and English language skills
