About the role

  • Strategic HR Business Partner working with leadership to drive people decisions for Bosta's growth. Overseeing HR planning, engagement, and performance management in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and quarterly MPP cycles aligned with financial targets.
  • Monitor HC budget vs. actuals and drive manpower efficiency.
  • Review and optimize structures, spans, and role clarity.
  • Ensure alignment with grading and job evaluation framework.
  • Translate business growth into hiring plans while insure hiring Talents who are culture fit.
  • Ensure adherence to budget, capability, and timeline targets.
  • Lead calibration cycles and ensure alignment between KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Promote accountability and productivity focus.
  • Partner with leaders to maintain high engagement and retention.
  • Support change and restructuring initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in HR, with strong HRBP and workforce planning exposure.
  • Financial literacy and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Experience in fast-scaling, operationally intensive environments.
