Revenue Operations Analyst focusing on GTM operations and process optimization at fintech startup. Driving initiatives to improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
Responsibilities
Partner with GTM team leads to refine and optimize marketing, sales, and post-sale processes and handoffs that maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and improve existing workflows and automations across Hubspot and integrated tools to create accurate data, and ensure stakeholders across the organization can access the right information at the right time.
Work cross functionally to support the roll out of new strategies and growth experiments with training, documentation, and metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights for the GTM team; analyze data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.
Establish and monitor KPIs and leading indicators that drive performance and revenue growth.
Improve forecast and pipeline accuracy by implementing data orchestration and hygiene best practices through process adherence, AI, and automation.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, or a similar analytical/process-driven role, preferably at a B2B software company.
Demonstrated knowledge of funnel conversion, channel performance, inbound and outbound motions, and intent signals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization skills; strong attention to detail.
Ownership of projects from scope to execution in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate Excel/Google sheets skills.
Experience with CRM administration such as building workflows and reports
An experimentation mindset with GenAI and new tools.
