About the role

  • Revenue Enablement Analyst at Neogrid enhancing team efficiency through enabling processes and tools. Supporting sales and customer success initiatives aligned with company strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Work on revenue enablement projects, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams with processes, tools, and content that increase efficiency and conversions throughout the funnel;
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of playbooks, training materials, and onboarding flows for commercial teams;
  • Develop training tracks and enablement programs aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategies;
  • Monitor revenue team performance metrics (win rate, ramp time, sales productivity) and propose data-driven improvements;
  • Guide Sales, SDR, and CS teams on the correct use of the commercial tech stack (CRM, automation platforms, engagement tools);
  • Resolve process bottlenecks identified between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, promoting alignment and operational efficiency;
  • Assist in creating and curating sales enablement content such as battle cards, outreach scripts, and use-case materials by segment;
  • Support analysis of commercial performance data to inform strategic revenue operations decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience with commercial processes in B2B SaaS companies, including complex sales cycles, renewal and expansion of recurring revenue;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) and sales methodologies such as Spiced, SPIN, MEDDIC;
  • Familiarity with revenue operations metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and commercial funnel analysis;
  • Soft skills: clear, didactic communication for training; analytical thinking to solve problems using data; strong organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously; and a collaborative profile to act as a bridge between departments.
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in industry, retail, or distribution segments, especially in contexts of Supply Chain, Integration, Market Intelligence, trade marketing, or commercial operations in these sectors;
  • Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
