Responsibilities
Together with the HR Director create and roll out policies and process improvements, to cater our team in Poland the best way.
Own localized onboarding and offboarding (contracts, documents, accounts, checklists)
Administer local compensation and benefits enrollment.
Maintain and improve employee data in HRIS (HiBob), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Ensure compliance of HR documentation and processes with local regulations.
Be the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and structure within People Operations.
Requirements
2 - 4 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, generalist, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with HR systems (HiBob is a plus).
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset — you’re eager to learn, ask questions, and suggest improvements.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively — you know when to take ownership and when to align with others.
Motivation to develop further in People Operations and take on increasing ownership.
