About the role

  • People Operations Coordinator managing HR systems at Laivly, enhancing employee experiences and supporting recruiting activities. Focused on HR administration and operational workflows in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration of HR systems including BambooHR and related tools
  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation including offer letters, employment changes, and records
  • Coordinate recruiting logistics including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Support candidate screening through initial phone interviews for selected roles
  • Lead and support onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success
  • Be a go-to resource for employees, supporting questions, requests, and day-to-day People & Culture needs
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and assist with reporting and compliance tracking
  • Support People & Culture with engagement programs, planning team events, and internal initiatives
  • Help bring culture to life by supporting recognition programs, onboarding sessions, and team experiences
  • Coordinate logistics including shipments, event materials, and internal communications
  • Provide light operational support to Finance including assistance with reconciliations and administrative documentation

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, People Operations, recruiting coordination, or administrative operations
  • Experience working with HR systems such as BambooHR, Rippling, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting recruiting coordination and international candidate management
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and operational workflows simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for learning & growth
  • High proficiency with tools, technologies, and digital automations, with a natural aptitude for navigating and optimizing complex systems
