Responsibilities
Manage full HR administration routines (payroll, benefits, vacation, leaves of absence, hiring and termination), ensuring quality and compliance;
Lead and propose improvements to compensation policies and job structure;
Develop, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to support decision-making;
Drive internal communication, engagement, and development initiatives;
Act as a partner to business areas, advising managers on people management topics;
Support and guide recruitment and selection processes;
Validate and critically review payroll, identifying inconsistencies and risks;
Serve as a technical reference for complex questions from employees and leadership;
Review and optimize timekeeping controls and HR administration routines;
Propose continuous improvements to processes, policies, and practices in the area;
Interface with vendors and support decisions related to the department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields);
Strong experience in HR administration routines and payroll;
