People Services Intern supporting various HR functions and onboarding activities in Belgrade, Serbia. Gaining practical experience while assisting the People Services Team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Support onboarding activities, including welcoming new employees and helping them settle in
Assist with improvements and implementation of HR processes
Help respond to general employee queries
Maintain and update employee records and documentation
Help prepare and organize labor-related documentation
Assist with benefits administration tasks
Support main HR administrative tasks, including ensuring HRIS data accuracy
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Previous internship or academic exposure to HR is a plus, but not required
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to take initiative and support the team where needed
Availability to attend the office at least once a week, with flexibility to come in more often depending on business needs
