About the role

  • People Services Intern supporting various HR functions and onboarding activities in Belgrade, Serbia. Gaining practical experience while assisting the People Services Team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding activities, including welcoming new employees and helping them settle in
  • Assist with improvements and implementation of HR processes
  • Help respond to general employee queries
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation
  • Help prepare and organize labor-related documentation
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks
  • Support main HR administrative tasks, including ensuring HRIS data accuracy

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous internship or academic exposure to HR is a plus, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and support the team where needed
  • Availability to attend the office at least once a week, with flexibility to come in more often depending on business needs
