About the role

  • HR Analyst supporting payroll and benefits operations in Brazil through departmental routine management. Collaborating with employees and managers while ensuring compliance and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor personnel administration routines (payroll, benefits, vacation/leave, leaves of absence, hires and terminations)
  • Support the implementation of compensation policies and job structure
  • Monitor and organize HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, overtime, training, among others)
  • Support internal communication efforts and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide support for recruitment and selection processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, benefits, systems, termination settlement)
  • Validate payroll information (new hires, vacations, terminations/severance, and variable payments)
  • Maintain time and attendance control
  • Compile monthly data and keep system databases up to date

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (university studies in progress or completed is a plus)
  • Experience with personnel administration routines
  • Knowledge of payroll
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience with HR metrics
  • Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
