About the role

  • Talent & People Administrator supporting recruitment and employee journeys at Appello. Manage enquiries, job ads, and interview coordination in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for Talent enquiries
  • Craft standout job ads and coordinate interviews
  • Keep our ATS in top shape
  • Streamline processes and boost collaboration
  • Help deliver a standout experience for every colleague and candidate

Requirements

  • Strong administration experience in a busy, fast‑moving environment
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Confident Microsoft Word & Excel skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • A sharp eye for detail
  • Superb relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, fast learner
  • A team‑first attitude
  • Bonus points for ATS platforms or HRIS systems experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes or talent workflows
  • Experience producing reports or analysing system data
  • A CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
