Responsibilities
Conduct payroll processing using the HR management software P&I LogaHR
Organize and implement HR projects
Support and advise employees and managers on all personnel matters and ensure implementation
Support employees during the transition to retirement
Act as a contact person for external service providers, clients, health insurance funds, the tax office and other authorities
Perform operational HR tasks
Prepare HR-related documents in compliance with labor and collective bargaining law
Reporting and preparation of statistics and reports
Perform annual closing tasks
Prepare personnel cost projections
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with several years of experience in the HR field
Expertise or long-standing experience in payroll (preferably in the public sector) and knowledge of tax and social security law
IT-savvy with good user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), ideally P&I LogaHR
Structured and analytical working style with strong problem-solving skills
Team player, flexible and able to work independently
Absolute confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal data
