About the role

  • HR Consultant responsible for managing the Employee Lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding at InkuPlay. Ensuring efficient HR processes and supporting management in HR-related decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Taking responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle
  • Managing the recruiting process for various positions
  • Organizing and conducting structured onboarding processes
  • Maintaining digital personnel records in accordance with GDPR
  • Advising employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with managers on HR-related HR questions
  • Planning and coordinating training and development measures
  • Organizing and documenting offboarding

Requirements

  • A commercial vocational qualification, a degree, or an equivalent qualification in HR
  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a generalist HR role
  • Confident in interactions with employees and managers
  • Structured, reliable, and strong communication skills
  • Appreciates modern digital work environments and remote work
  • Willing to take ownership and independently improve processes
  • Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with an understanding that confidentiality is essential
  • Employment law knowledge is welcome but not a primary focus of the role
