Responsibilities
As part of the HR Department France, you will support the Head of Plant HR Coordination France in her activities
Support the rollout of HR policies
Help prepare communications and materials needed to ensure consistent application
Participate in managing social dialogue
Assist in preparing files, presentations and meeting minutes
Support talent management activities
Contribute to administrative processes related to internal mobility and certain recruitments (tracking, reporting, employee support)
Represent the industrial scope at university/school events
Contribute to the operational management of the scope
Participate in HR projects (e.g., setting up an engineering talent pool program, providing practical support to frontline managers)
Requirements
Master's student at a business school or university, specializing in Human Resources
Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, synthesis and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English preferred)
Team player with the ability to work independently
Prior experience in human resources, and experience in an industrial or factory environment is a plus
