About the role

  • PMO Consultant at Suzano overseeing innovation projects and managing strategic processes for sustainable solutions. Coordinate project governance and ensure integration of innovation with technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates strategic innovation projects, managing business processes and models (responsible for governance: Stage-Gate);
  • Maps trends and runs pilots, validating hypotheses and mitigating risks to ensure viability in collaboration with strategic areas, manufacturing operations and R&D, ensuring integration between innovation and technical execution;
  • Interfaces with potential partners, strengthening the collaborative ecosystem;
  • Monitors KPIs and ensures margin and profitability, securing the initiatives' impact and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Solid experience working in a PMO role;
  • Advanced English;
  • Knowledge of project and process management methodologies;
  • Proficiency in Stage-Gate;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
