Responsibilities
Play a key role in the end-to-end deployment of technical system integrations between a customer’s Workday system and their 3rd party enterprise architecture
Convert technical integration requirements to appropriate architectural decisions in Workday
Build, test and ultimately deploy those integrations into production
Support broader technical project discussions about general integration Enterprise Architecture best-practices, application security concepts and system authentication
Work on multiple customer deployments with autonomy around managing different workloads each week
Complete the instructor lead Workday Core Integration & Practical Certification training
Undertake further Specialist Certification training within the first 6 months
Gain and understand your clients’ business requirements and demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems
Configure and test the Workday solution under the guidance of an Engagement Manager and Integration Lead
Assist the functional consulting team building integrations which overlap with functional build or business process operations.
Requirements
3+ years relevant educational qualifications and/or experience
2+ years of Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company
Confirmed knowledge of software deployment life cycle and testing practices
Understanding of integration patterns, data manipulation and transmission, including optimization for creating maximum efficiencies in speed and performance
Expertise in business process analysis.
Excellent analytical and shown problem-solving skills both technically and functionally.
Good communication, presentation skills, and technical writing skills.
Comfortable in customer facing roles.
Resourceful and adaptable.
In-depth understanding of APIs, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT.
Language skills: English at business level is crucial.
