About the role

• Junior Consultant as Project Manager shaping tomorrow's project world in a leading consulting firm. Engaging in exciting digitalization and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Diverse insights into project management
• You help design and implement solutions – together with the team you find innovative approaches for the successful delivery of our clients' projects and programs across various industries
• You contribute your strengths – acting as an interface between IT, business units and management you perform stakeholder management and project communication
• You keep the big picture in mind – as a generalist you are willing to build IT and industry expertise and use your ability to think beyond immediate boundaries
• You will gain hands-on project management experience – in client projects you will, among other things, create project plans, conduct risk analyses and design and facilitate workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Internships in project management or consulting are an advantage
• You present yourself as friendly and persuasive
• Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, and a proactive working style are among your strengths
• You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You are willing to travel and are happy to work on-site at client locations
• You are curious, communicative, humorous, empathetic and passionate about working in a team
