Responsibilities
- Independent leadership of consulting projects (multi-project management)
- Analyses and process consulting
- Conceptual and project-supporting consulting
- Concept reviews, conducting audits/assessments
- Allocation and supervision of project team members
- Management of Functional Safety in projects (FSM)
- Business development for assigned clients
- Technical evaluation of quality and approval of deliverables
- Effort estimations for consulting projects and subprojects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in engineering safety-relevant projects and with the underlying methods and processes (risk analyses, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, ...)
- Solid knowledge of one of the leading safety standards IEC 61508, DIN EN ISO 13849, ISO/SAE 26262 or equivalent
- Proof of a valid safety-related certificate (e.g., TÜV, Dekra) desirable
- Experience in consulting on safety projects
- Extensive experience in self- and project-management and the application of appropriate methods (e.g., GTD, IPMA, GPM, PRINCE2 ...)
- Team player, strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
