HRIS Analyst maintaining and optimizing ADP HRIS modules for Super Star Car Wash. Ensuring data integrity and supporting HR processes through technology in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for ADP HRIS modules including system configuration, workflow setup, security roles, and reporting.
Manage HRIS data integrity through routine audits, corrections, and validation.
Develop and maintain custom and standard reports using ADP reporting tools and dashboards.
Support HR, Payroll, and business leaders with system questions, troubleshooting, and training.
Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Analyze HR processes and recommend system solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and data management standards.
Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping, data transfers, and payroll processing.
Assist with integration management between ADP and third-party systems.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security requirements, and audit standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
3+ years of HRIS administration experience required.
Experience with ADP (Workforce Now, Vantage, Enterprise HR) strongly preferred.
Knowledge of HR data structures, HR processes, and reporting best practices.
Experience building and maintaining reports within HR platforms, including custom reports and scheduled exports.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing).
Collaborative and proactive with good self-management.
Data-driven, precise, and diligent mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with APIs, integrations, or data feeds is a plus.
