Responsibilities
Bridge business strategy and talent initiatives as HR Business Partner.
Design new PC initiatives and provide coaching to leaders.
Optimize employee engagement and provide leadership insights based on HR data.
Collaborate closely with managers on people-related topics.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Organizational Psychology.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of and experience with international (preferably Swedish and or US HR practice and labor law) and Dutch HR practices.
Business acumen and ability to connect HR strategies with business objectives.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to build credible relationships quickly.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
Strong project management and HR analytics capabilities.
