About the role

  • Recruitment Operational Lead overseeing EMEA recruitment operations with compliance to global TA strategy. Implementing standardized processes and driving recruitment efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee EMEA recruitment operations and ensure alignment with global TA strategy.
  • Implement and maintain standardized processes, tools, and efficiency metrics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regional operational issues.
  • Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for process, technology, and experience improvements.
  • Drive automation and digital solutions to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal policies.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting standards.
  • Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Provide insights and dashboards to regional and global leadership.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on hiring forecasts and resource planning.
  • Support recruiters with operational guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Manage vendor and technology provider relationships.
  • Ensure optimal and consistent use of the ATS and recruitment tools across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition within the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment laws and GDPR compliance.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and other languages skills are valuable (e.g., Spanish, German)
  • Experience in global or multi-country recruitment operations.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
