Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE or comparable methodologies
Translate complex, role-based business and system processes into clear, task-oriented learning objectives and curricula
Design and develop a variety of learning solutions
Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and proficiency measures to support system readiness and adoption
Facilitate live ILT and VILT sessions for diverse adult learner audiences
Collaborate closely with organizational change management (OCM), PMO, and technical teams to align training with change and adoption strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience designing and delivering training for enterprise software implementations or large-scale transformation programs
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Strong facilitation skills for instructor-led and virtual training environments
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous consulting and implementation settings
