Responsibilities
Assist in design and develop engaging e-learning materials that are relevant to the workplace and department context, and are compliant with Manulife’s branding and design guidelines
Assist in the design and development of engaging learning materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate it into effective learning experiences
Support the team in organizing and maintaining course assets and documentation
Participate in quality assurance reviews to ensure instructional materials meet design standards
Learn and apply instructional design principles and tools under the guidance of senior designers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in instructional design and digital learning
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
Excellent written/spoken communication skills
Highly coachable, with a growth mindset and willingness to receive feedback
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with any eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate)
