About the role

  • Field Training Manager responsible for training and quality initiatives for national field-based team in leading biotechnology firm. Ensures training requirements and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs by assessing employee performance, program requirements, and quality metrics
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve robust training programs tailored to program needs using approved materials
  • Deliver new hire, ongoing, and refresher training within agreed timelines
  • Evaluate and revise training plans and content to ensure alignment with current direction and standards
  • Monitor training effectiveness by tracking outcomes and providing regular performance readouts to leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and revise program-specific SOPs, work instructions, policies, manuals, and business rules
  • Partner with Learning & Development to support onboarding and orientation initiatives
  • Provide constructive coaching feedback to improve performance and overall customer experience
  • Ensure all training, compliance, and operational documentation is stored and maintained according to program standards to ensure audit readiness
  • Stay current with training trends, adult learning methodologies, and best practices
  • Support career development of field team members through structured development planning
  • Represent the program and Inizio Engage in broader business initiatives as requested
  • Travel as required for national meetings and program needs
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred)
  • Active RN or RT license required
  • 2–3 years of field leadership or supervisory experience
  • Previous training experience preferred
  • Respiratory or related disease state experience preferred
  • Strong instructional design and training material development skills
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation expertise
  • Ability to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable training plans
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment
