Responsibilities
Focus on the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth
Achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical, and related demonstration of Hospital products and programs
Responsible for calling on Hospital staff and decision makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, volunteer Hospital services, and all customers in the market
Develops and implements business plans to identify and close business
Prepares forecasts for yearly, quarterly and monthly business
Provides current customers with excellent post-sale follow-up
Accountable for maintaining customer records in accordance with Stryker specifications
Actively participates in national, regional, and local Hospital trade shows
Requirements
University Degree
1+ years outside sales or clinical experience
Preferred: Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales or clinical setting
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
