Responsibilities
Servicing existing contracts and the sales management of Partners in your area
Seeking new opportunities for growth
Managing the Sales Budget of your area
Improving skills of the sales teams and technical team from local partners through professional trainings and field visits
Providing technical support and solutions related to products and biosecurity
Collaborating with stakeholders in farms and companies to ensure biosecurity protocols are executed well
Providing commercial guidance on pricing and orders with Customer Service Team
Building and maintaining relationships with partners, key accounts, and opinion leaders
Reporting sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities
Cooperating with colleagues and the Supply Chain Team for optimal product supply
Ensuring all activities comply with code of conduct
Requirements
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in veterinary, agronomy, or similar fields
Working experience in B2B sales, dynamic and entrepreneurial
In depth knowledge livestock production or in the health or nutritional field
Fluent in English and local language
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory
Specific knowledge in dairy, poultry or swine farming
