About the role

Responsibilities

- Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients;
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
- Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships;
- Rigorously assess clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector;
- Experience with credit risk in lending and financial mathematics;
- Negotiation skills and portfolio management experience;
- Knowledge of the regional market and proven sales experience;
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly and consistently.
