Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., business school, civil/construction engineering, architecture, law, urban planning/development…)
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in structuring and delivering real estate projects
- Knowledge of urban planning, environmental and construction regulations
- Experience delivering mixed-use real estate projects in dense urban areas
- Holistic approach and experience managing complex projects
- Strong awareness of sustainable development issues
- Keen interest in innovation
- Ability to adapt your approach depending on the context, priorities and interlocutors
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
