Responsibilities

  • Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Conduct negotiations and build strong client relationships
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct sales visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Rigorously analyze clients' payment capacity to ensure informed, secure credit decisions

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk assessment for credit granting and financial mathematics
  • Strong negotiation skills and portfolio management
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
