Responsibilities
You inspire our future STICKERSTARS communities to create their own collectible sticker album
You primarily manage inbound customers – from first contact to scheduling appointments with our field sales team
You screen new inquiries — we receive around 700 inquiries per month, which we review as a team and qualify for the sales process
You schedule many meetings and conduct them
You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding project execution
You contribute ideas to continuously improve the sales process
Requirements
Initial practical experience in sales, customer service or account management — education, university degree or career changers are all welcome
You are a strong communicator and enjoy interacting with colleagues and customers
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Ideally, you already have some experience in grocery retail (LEH)
You have a pronounced customer and service orientation and a hands-on mentality
You actively contribute to the company and enjoy taking responsibility
You have a quick grasp of new information and work in a structured and careful manner
