Responsibilities
Develop sales within your territory
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with SME decision-makers
Sell Flatpay solutions using provided qualified leads
Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
Generate your own sales opportunities
Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
Build your local network and leverage customer referrals
Continuously identify new business opportunities
Install and support customers
Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
Train customers on using our equipment
Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one
Requirements
You are motivated by field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-focused environment
Comfortable with numerical targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
Autonomous, persistent, resilient, and results-oriented
Communicate effectively and with impact
Prior experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
You have a valid driver's license (required)
