About the role

  • Field Sales Manager role for launching Flatpay in France, engaging with SMEs and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include client acquisition, installation support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales within your territory
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with SME decision-makers
  • Sell Flatpay solutions using supplied qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
  • Generate your own sales opportunities
  • Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
  • Build your local network and leverage customer referrals
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities
  • Install and support customers
  • Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
  • Train customers on the use of our equipment
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one

Requirements

  • Motivated by field-based sales, ideally with experience in B2B or customer-focused environments
  • Comfortable with numerical targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
  • Autonomous, persistent, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Able to communicate with impact
  • Prior experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
  • Valid driver's license (mandatory)
