About the role

  • Sales Manager guiding craft businesses to digitalize operations with innovative platform. Actively engaging customers from first contact to product demonstration in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • A well-oiled sales process: you manage leads from first contact through to the product demo
  • Easy closing: without lengthy contract negotiations — customers can independently book the licenses they need directly in the app
  • A focused approach: you work with high-quality, warm leads and have minimal administrative overhead — at the same time you should enjoy targeted cold outreach to unlock new potential
  • A product with tangible value: you sell a solution that simplifies the work of many people
  • Quick wins: our sales cycles are short and you’ll see fast results (on average you reach the goal after ~30 days with around 2+ touchpoints)
  • Digital vs. on-site: many of your meetings are by phone and video call, but you’ll also be present at trade shows and events
  • Significant influence: your ideas for shaping the sales processes are always welcome

Requirements

  • You have experience selling complex, consultative products, ideally in the B2B sector
  • You understand customer needs and can empathetically present Craftnote as the right solution
  • You are persuasive and excel at closing
  • The term “cold calling” gives you an adrenaline rush
  • You are known for your communicative, open manner and can quickly inspire others
  • You are comfortable working with software applications
  • You are a native-level German speaker and have strong English skills
