About the role

  • Service Supervisor managing maintenance and after-sales service engineers for SMA in Chile. Coordinating tasks, ensuring compliance, and training technical staff for PV systems.

Responsibilities

  • You supervise and coordinate service engineers, external suppliers, and back-office teams
  • You plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and ensure SLA and KPI compliance
  • You act as the link between customers, the local service team, and the LATAM Service Manager
  • You ensure all interventions follow technical protocols and safety regulations
  • You manage spare parts, tools, and inventory
  • You train, support, and motivate technical staff

Requirements

  • Technician or Engineer in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience supervising technical service teams in the energy or technology sector
  • Knowledge of solar inverters, BESS systems, and Chilean electrical regulations
  • Strong diagnostic skills for photovoltaic and battery storage systems
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and ERP platforms
  • Native Spanish speaker; English at intermediate to advanced level
