About the role

  • Sales Manager for MENA Region managing strategic sales strategies and customer relationships. Responsible for international sales results and team management across borders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers and supporting the existing customer base
  • Develop and maintain strategic and tactical sales approaches for customers
  • Support the Managing Director in overseeing international sales
  • Expand sales activities and manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Accountable for the performance of our solutions in global markets
  • Deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage employees at an international level

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on engineering or sales
  • Initial management experience in sales — ideally in the capital goods sector; experience with public-sector clients is desirable
  • Sales experience in international markets and strong negotiation skills when working with public authorities
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding with the ability to think ahead strategically
  • Confident and persuasive manner as a company representative and willingness to travel
  • Business-level written and spoken fluency in French, Arabic and English
