About the role

  • Sales Enablement Specialist at SugarCRM helping to build and scale sales enablement functions. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and partnerships to manage enablement programs and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day enablement operations, including: LMS and content management, Sales certifications and onboarding logistics
  • Training scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain and organize sales enablement assets to ensure easy access and adoption
  • Support rollout of sales methodologies, messaging, and tools
  • Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to support enablement reporting and analytics
  • Lead the development of partner enablement programs and materials
  • Create and maintain partner onboarding, training, and certification content
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging
  • Act as the primary enablement point of contact for partner stakeholders
  • Assist in tracking enablement effectiveness and sales performance impact
  • Collect feedback from sellers and partners to iterate on programs
  • Support enablement initiatives tied to product launches and GTM motions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-growing environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with partner or channel enablement
  • LMS or CMS ownership experience
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
