About the role

  • Revenue Operations Analyst focusing on top-of-funnel go-to-market motions at BizzyCar. Collaborating with leadership to transform revenue processes and analytics for automotive technology.

Responsibilities

  • Own our HubSpot instance and other software and tooling for our Marketing and BDR functions
  • Research, design, document and implement operational improvements
  • Manage dashboards and reports in Tableau, HubSpot and other BI tools
  • Train revenue team members and serve as primary contact for all platform and analytics questions related to CRM, BI, and other platforms
  • Work with COO to support new product and capability developments in value delivery by leveraging technology platforms
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ideate and prioritize capability-building projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success or similarly tech-driven and analytically rigorous role in finance or operations
  • Admin experience with HubSpot, Tableau or Salesforce
  • High intellectual curiosity and strong ability to learn
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated
  • Highly proficient in declarative (non-code) software configuration
  • Highly proficient in handling, analyzing and presenting data.
