E-Commerce Manager optimizing multi-language Shopify store for a leading D2C fitness brand. Focused on conversion rate improvement and working closely with marketing and development teams.
Responsibilities
You will optimize our Shopify store (4 languages, 20 currencies) with the goal of increasing the conversion rate from 1.8% to over 2.0%.
You will continuously plan, implement and analyze A/B tests (tool: AB Lift) and make testing a core part of our DNA.
You are responsible for smooth backend management, from international product launches to maintaining complex data feeds.
You are the technical point of contact for our external developers and SEO freelancers — you brief precisely and ensure the quality of deliverables.
You will work closely with the marketing team and the CEO to ensure our large volume of traffic meets a high-end user experience.
Requirements
2.5 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally from a high-growth D2C environment (8-figure revenue range).
You know Shopify inside out.
Experience with A/B testing tools and project management in Asana is standard for you.
Detail-oriented in backend work, analytical in thinking, and proactive in execution.
You find errors before they become problems.
You work autonomously, think like an entrepreneur, and truly want to own projects.
Fluent German is a must.
You live in the Münster region or are willing to move there.
