Responsibilities
Take ownership of one of our online shops and ensure performance, availability, and usability
Further develop the customer journey and implement smart optimizations to turn clicks into satisfied customers
Manage exciting e-commerce projects — from new features to integrations — and collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners
Report KPIs directly to the Head of E-Commerce and derive new growth strategies
Requirements
Completed degree or several years of professional experience in online shop management (ideally 5+ years)
Conversion rate, customer journey, and user experience are more than buzzwords to you — you know how to optimize them
Data-driven: you analyze KPIs and derive concrete measures
Strong understanding of e-commerce tools (ERP, middleware, tracking, CRM, CMS, AI search, etc.)
Expert in Google Analytics & Excel and proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Detailed knowledge of Shopify (at least 3–5 years experience); additionally desirable: Klaviyo, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (MS DynNAV), Tradebyte, MS Office 365
Strong communication skills, hands-on attitude, and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic environment
