Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Marketing, Medicine, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience on the pharmaceutical/healthcare and internet industry, with at least 5 years in e-commerce platform operation management and proven team leadership experience.
Demonstrated success in online channel expansion and operation for pharmaceutical products or health-related consumer goods, with deep knowledge and practical experience on platforms like JD.com, Alibaba, and Meituan.
Outstanding brand marketing planning skills, market insight, and strategic thinking.
Strong project management and overall planning capabilities, with the ability to forecast and manage project risks.
Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and management specifications within the pharmaceutical industry.
