About the role

  • Graphic Designer developing high-performance ad creatives for E-Commerce campaigns focusing on platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. Responsibilities include coordinating ad sprints and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visually striking and strategically conceived ad creatives for e‑commerce campaigns.
  • Produce high-performing ad creatives (static and video) for Google, Meta and TikTok.
  • Develop creative concepts grounded in data‑driven insights.
  • Coordinate weekly ad sprints and ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing within a performance marketing environment.
  • Some experience in UI/UX design.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Ideally, experience with Figma.
  • Experience creating animated ads and lightweight reels/ads.
  • Proven experience with D2C brands, scale‑up or agency setups and social ads.
  • Performance‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
