About the role

  • Key Account Manager handling customer relations for Toga Food, an established Swiss food company. Focus on account management, customer engagement, and innovation in product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Thanks to your enjoyment of personal customer contact, you competently manage your accounts — including annual review meetings, responsibility for sales and results
  • You develop and plan the implementation of customer-specific measures and activities
  • Acquiring new customers comes naturally to you
  • You prepare reports, customer presentations and proposals
  • You independently conduct price and terms negotiations
  • Your innovative spirit and enthusiasm actively contribute to range and assortment development
  • You also contribute to monitoring and adjusting the assortment
  • You perform store checks and are available for flexible assignments at customer events or product tastings

Requirements

  • Ideally you have a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic commercial training and, preferably, further education in sales or business administration
  • You bring at least three to five years of professional experience in key account management — ideally in the food industry
  • You have already built an active network within Swiss retail and wholesale and are well acquainted with the market structures
  • The world of food is your passion
  • You communicate confidently in German and, ideally, possess good knowledge of French
