Responsibilities
Your impact in this position: As a Partner Account Manager (m/f/d), your mission is to ensure that aedifion is firmly established in the building automation market and that strategic partnerships with system integrators, automation specialists, contractors and OEMs grow sustainably.
You are the bridge between innovative technology and practical application and play a key role in enabling partners to successfully integrate our solutions into their value chains.
You combine technical know-how with commercial drive and build a promising segment from existing accounts and successes for aedifion.
You develop creative strategies together with Sales and Marketing to establish and increase aedifion’s visibility in a traditionally oriented market.
You transform complex technological benefits into compelling, measurable business cases that excite partners and drive them to act.
You actively support partners in integrating aedifion’s value into their own business models and developing successful use cases.
At the same time, you design structured partner programs and onboarding processes that enable long-term, trust-based collaboration.
In addition, you bring valuable insights from the partner ecosystem back into the company and thus contribute to the continuous development of product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
Industry experience: You have a solid background in building automation, acquired through professional experience with automation specialists, system integrators, contractors or OEMs for (building) automation, or alternatively through a relevant degree or vocational training with applicable practical experience.
Bonus point: You have already gained experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally in a SaaS environment or in a technology-driven services sector where you worked with complex, consultative products and solutions.
Technical understanding: You bring solid know-how in plant engineering and building services and know how to communicate complex technological interdependencies in a way that is understandable, comprehensible and convincing for different audiences.
Sales strength: Your working style is results- and closing-oriented; you conduct discussions with clear focus, convince decision-makers with competence and authenticity and build long-term business relationships based on mutual trust and value creation.
Relationship skills: You interact confidently and credibly with decision-makers at eye level, show genuine interest in your partners’ needs and succeed in building sustainable relationships through empathetic listening and authentic communication.
Pioneer spirit: You are eager to actively open up a new market segment, work independently and responsibly, bring a hunter mentality and push things forward even when the path is not yet fully defined.
Communication skills: You have business-fluent German (C1) and ideally good English (B2), which help you maintain international contacts, communicate with global partners and operate confidently in an international environment.
