About the role

  • Junior Account Manager at Academic Work facilitating B2B sales and developing customer networks. Engaging with managers and executives to create effective personnel solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Account Manager you will develop into an expert in B2B sales and build your own client network.
  • Winning and developing new clients: you will engage with managers, heads of departments and CEOs, learn about their challenges and advise them on appropriate staffing solutions.
  • Step by step you will grow your own network and develop sustainable business relationships, as every contact moves you forward.
  • Work with our clients to design successful personnel strategies – from price negotiation to targeted candidate placement in close collaboration with our recruiters.

Requirements

  • A university degree is an advantage but not required.
  • You are communicative, ambitious and driven to succeed.
  • Challenges motivate you and you enjoy developing your skills.
  • Fluent German and good English complete your profile.
