Responsibilities
Own the go-to-market strategy and ongoing release cadence for flagship products for artists and their teams from ideation to launch and adoption.
Collaborate with our Product teams on developing new products, including product value proposition, communication strategy, naming, and pricing.
Work closely with our Sales and partner-facing teams to bring products to market thoughtfully.
Develop marketing programs & campaigns to drive product engagement in partnership with the wider Spotify for Artists Marketing team.
Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand artists’ needs and the competitive landscape in close partnership.
Requirements
5+ years experience in product marketing for a media or tech company.
You have worked with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, research, and sales functions.
You have experience influencing product development and product strategy.
You’ve launched and driven adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs.
You’re comfortable developing marketing strategies and campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
Preferred: Experience in the music industry, experience with advertising tools
