Responsibilities
Lead high-impact projects focused on the execution and optimization of our global Go-To-Market communication channels.
Act as the primary point of contact for how our field teams receive, consume, and interact with critical information.
Manage complex cross-functional dependencies and lead specialized initiatives.
Ensure message consistency across the GTM organization through multi-channel communication programs.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Marketing, or Corporate Communications, preferably within a technical or open-source environment.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Highspot (accreditation a plus) and communication tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
Demonstrable ability to manage the execution of projects within a department, aligning resources and efforts with strategic goals while meeting scope and budget constraints.
Strong ability to maintain continuous, open, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Intermediate understanding of business acumen - you can evaluate how your communication plans impact the long-term objectives of the GTM function.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain a positive, constructive approach during periods of high demand or organizational change.
