Responsibilities
Maintenance and management of employee master data
Creation and posting of job adverts as well as communication with applicants
Conducting interviews for our branch/store employees (phone/video interviews)
Support with recruiting for our service center, including organization of onboarding
Review and maintenance of personnel files
Close collaboration with the HR team on administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
At least 1 year of experience in operational HR work
Confident user of MS Office
Independent, structured way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
