About the role

  • Maintenance and management of employee master data
  • Creation and posting of job adverts as well as communication with applicants
  • Conducting interviews for our branch/store employees (phone/video interviews)
  • Support with recruiting for our service center, including organization of onboarding
  • Review and maintenance of personnel files
  • Close collaboration with the HR team on administrative and organizational tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • At least 1 year of experience in operational HR work
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
