Responsibilities
Identify and engage the best talent in the AdTech ecosystem.
Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for current and future needs.
Analyze the AdTech landscape to identify target companies and talent pools.
Assist in the initial assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Sparteo’s technical and cultural standards.
Promote our culture on social media and participate in recruitment events/campus fairs.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and managers.
Ensure our recruitment tool (Teamtailor) is perfectly up-to-date for data accuracy.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) and seeking a 12-to-24-month work-study contract (alternance).
Proactive, resilient (sourcing is a marathon), and growth-oriented.
Fluent in English and French, with the ability to write punchy, professional content.
Highly organized and rigorous in managing multiple tasks and balancing work/school deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable with digital tools; curiosity about the AdTech/Programmatic industry is a strong plus.
