About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Infobip across EMEA. Collaborating with hiring managers and influencing optimal hiring decisions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including conducting intake meetings, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and collaborating with Business Partners and the Compensation team to negotiate offers with candidates.
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition Global projects (eg. Referral Programs, LinkedIn optimization, Internal Mobility initiatives) to drive continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition Global processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on talent requirements, provide strategic consultation, and support and train them on effective interviewing techniques to influence optimal hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication and a seamless interview process. Foster positive candidate relationships with both internal and external candidates, including those applying for roles beyond your primary focus.
  • Employer Branding: Work closely with the Employer Branding team to promote Infobip’s employer brand and attract top talent by representing the company at internal and external events. Support employer branding initiatives, engage in networking, and build relationships with potential candidate communities to continuously expand and enhance the organization’s talent pool.
  • Market Insights, Metrics & Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce , ensuring inclusivity in the recruitment process. Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the selection process and talent acquisition programs. Demonstrate independence and resilience in navigating complex recruitment challenges, ensuring a resilient approach in all aspects of talent acquisition management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruiting for a business positions (preferably customer facing positions).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions at all seniority levels.
  • Preferably on the markets as Europe, MENA or Africa.
  • Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ( Workday is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Showing adaptability and thrive in managing multiple priorities and roles within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in English language ( any additional language is a plus).
